Senior legal counsel with expertise in international sports advice, especially in international arbitration, transactional and regulatory work. He is working to implement FIFA Vision 2020-23 in the reform of the football transfer system and modernisation of the football regulatory framework. Also, he has been part of the CAS arbitrator Mr. José Juan Pintó Sala and Mr. Jordi Lopez’s legal team and he has assisted and provided advice to commercial and sports operators, especially in litigation proceedings before FIFA, CAS or other national and international sporting institutions. He was part of the board of directors of the Sports Law section at the Barcelona Bar Association, firstly as a vocal and then as a chairman. He is native in Spanish and fluent in English and Italian.
